For EU customers, eligible ready-made non-prescription items may be withdrawn within 14 days from delivery. Prescription eyewear, custom-made eyewear, and clearly personalised items made to your specifications are not eligible for change-of-mind withdrawal.
This does not affect your legal rights if your item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.
