Check out the information below the form to ensure you know how to return or exchange your items. It will be an easy process – we promise!

Syght Glass Return Portal

  • You have up to 30 days to start your return from the moment your Syght glass order is delivered.
  • Enter your order number (e.g. SGG######) and email address. Please enter everything exactly as it appears on your order confirmation.
  • Select which item(s) you are returning and why.
  • Confirm your original delivery information (amend if needed).
  • Select the method you’ll be returning your order by.
  • Dependant on your return method, you may need to download a returns label or present a QR code when returning. Simply attach to your parcel or present the QR code and take to your nearest drop-off point.
  • Please keep hold of any proof of postage until you have been refunded correctly, in case you need this at a later date.
  • Please don't return any damaged goods unless you're told to by a member of our support team. If you do this, it will delay us resolving your issue.
