If you are not satisfied with your product, you can easily return or exchange them within 30 days of purchase. Returns and exchanges are only for non-prescription glasses. Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.

    • Q: Do you have a warranty?

      A: You have thirty (30) days from the date you receive the glasses to call us for a return authorization (RA) number if you've received a broken pair. We will replace broken frames at no charge during this 30-day warranty period.

      If you feel there is a manufacturing error and received a broken pair, return the glasses for inspection within the 30-day warranty period. If our inspection shows the glasses were made incorrectly or there is an error in coating or manufacturing, we will remake them for you at no charge. - Contact us at Support@syghtglass.com with photos of the defect, and we will send a return label for your item and replace the item for free.

    • Q: What is your exchange policy for domestic (US) orders?

      A: We gladly accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery as long as they are in original condition. If you want to exchange your order item for any reason, or you made a mistake during the order, or you just don't like the glasses, we'll exchange your glasses.

      You'll be charged $8.5 (USD) per shipment to cover return shipping, handling, and restocking. We will cover the shipping costs for sending out the replacement item.

    • Q: What is your exchange policy for International orders?

      A: We sincerely apologize that we cannot offer an exchange service for International orders at this time. If you are not satisfied with your non-prescription glasses, you can return them. Please get in touch with us at Support@syghtglass.com to start the return process.

    • Q: What is your return policy for domestic (US) orders?

      A: You have thirty (30) days from the date you receive the glasses to call us for a return authorization (RA) number if you want to return them for any reason. Suppose you made a mistake during the order, or you just don’t like the glasses. In that case, you can return them for a one-time-use 100% store credit (excluding a fixed $15 fee). A flat rate of $15 (USD) per shipment will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping, handling, and restocking.

      If you feel there is a manufacturing error, return the glasses for inspection within the 30-day warranty period. If our inspection shows the glasses were made incorrectly, we will remake them for you at no additional charge.

    • Q: What is your return policy for International Orders?

      A: You have thirty (30) days from the date you receive the glasses to return them for any reason. Suppose you made a mistake during the order, or you just don’t like the glasses. In that case, you can return them for a one-time-use 100% store credit (excluding a fixed $8 fee).

      We sincerely apologize that we cannot offer a return label for International orders at this time. The costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. You can ship with the carrier of your choice. For your safety, make sure to get a tracking number so that you are protected in the event of theft or loss during delivery to us. A handling and restocking fee of $8 (USD) (or equivalent in other currencies) per shipment will be deducted from your refund.

    • Before you start your return/exchange, here are a few things you need to know:

      • The product must be returned in the original packaging and are unworn or undamaged (Trying them on is fine).
      • The product should be returned with any accessories that were included with the product.
      • If the product is damaged or incomplete, the returned item may not be accepted, or a processing fee may be applied.
      • All exchanges are processed and shipped within 48-72 hours of receiving your package.
      • Please allow ample time for your exchange to reach us.
      • All returned items must meet the terms of our return policy, or they will be sent back to you at your expense.
      • Contact our customer support team at support@syghtglass.com BEFORE returning your order. Otherwise, you may not get your refund or exchange. Don't hesitate to contact us to obtain the correct return shipping address.

      Returns should be sent to the address provided with your RA number. To receive exchanged glasses, your original glasses must be returned in their entirety (Frames, Lenses, Eyeglass case, etc.)
    • Q: Do you offer to repair glasses?

      A: At this moment, we do not provide this service.

    • Q: I sent my glasses back. What is next?

      A: Once your return arrives at our warehouse, the item(s) will be inspected for the return eligibility. You will receive an email notification detailing the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your store credit will be processed immediately.

    • Q: Can you replace lenses if I send you my frame?

      A: Sorry, we don't provide lens replacement.

    • Q: When will I receive my store credit?

      A: Once your return arrives at our warehouse, the item(s) will be inspected for the return eligibility. You will receive an email notification detailing the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your store credit will be processed immediately. This process will take 2-4 business days after receiving items.

    • Q: What items are non-exchangeable/non-returnable?

      A: Items ineligible for return/refund:

      • Damaged during return.
      • Prescription, reading glasses, and customized glasses are not eligible to be refunded or exchanged.
      • Refunds will not apply to sitewide sales.
    • Q: How do I tighten my glasses?
      A: We can send you an optical screwdriver tool customized with flathead and Philips head screw settings and with socket-wrench openings, which can be used to tighten the screws and nuts that hold rimless frames together. Email us with your order number, and we will be happy to send you one of these tools. You can also find something similar in any hardware or drugstore.
    • Q: How do I use my store credit?

      A: Once your return is completed, you'll get a gift card by email for the same amount your return was eligible for. Enter the 12 digit gift card number in the coupon field during the checkout process of your next order.

    • Shipping on all orders

      After your payment is verified, it may take up to 1-2 business days for the order to ship. If you place your order after 11 AM on Friday, your order will most likely be shipped out on the following Monday.

    • Prescription & Photochromic glasses orders
      Allow 3-7 business days for your shipping to update for all prescription and photochromic glasses. Your glasses must be shipped to our optical laboratory to customize your lenses first. Once they customize your lenses, they send your glasses back to us for inspection and verification. Then we send them directly to your door. This whole process usually takes about 3-7 business days to ship your order.

    • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes incurred that may apply. Syght glass is not responsible for delays due to customs, duties, or taxes.
    • Refused, insufficient address or undeliverable packages will be refunded minus all shipping charges and $8 (USD) undeliverable fee, which will be deducted from your original payment.
