    Return Policy

    If you are not satisfied with your Syght glasses, you can easily return or exchange your non-prescription glasses within 30 days of purchase. Returns and exchanges are only for non-prescription glasses. Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.

    How do I exchange my items?

    We gladly accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery date as long as they are in original condition.

    - For domestic orders, Contact our customer support team at with what product you are returning and what product you would like to exchange it for.
    - We currently do not offer exchanges internationally. Please email to start the return process.

    How do I return my items?

    We gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase for non-prescription glasses in their original condition.

    - Must be returned in the original packaging and are unworn or undamaged (Trying them on is fine).
    - Product should be returned with any accessories that were included with the product.
    - If the item is damaged or incomplete, the returned item may not be accepted or a processing fee may be applied.

    Before you start your return, here's a few things you need to know:
    • For domestic orders, A flat rate of $15 USD per shipment will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping, handling and restocking.
    • We sincerely apologize that we are not able to offer free returns for International orders at this time. The costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. You can ship with the carrier of your choice. For your safety, make sure to get a tracking number so that you are protected in the event of theft or loss during delivery to us. A handling and restocking fee of $8 USD (or equivalent in other currencies) per shipment will be deducted from your refund.
    • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes incurred that may apply. Syght glass is not responsible for delays due to customs, duties, or taxes.
    • Refused, insufficient address, or undeliverable packages will be refunded minus all shipping charges and $8 undeliverable fee, which will be deducted from your original payment. Please place a new order with the correct shipping address/information if you would like your items re-sent.
    • All returned items must meet the terms of our return policy, or they will be sent back to you at your expense.
    • Contact our customer support team at BEFORE returning your order. Otherwise, you may not get your refund or exchange. Please contact us to obtain the right return shipping address.
    • We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned items.
    When will I receive my refund?

    - Returns will be processed within 1 week of receiving them.

    If item arrived defective:

    - Contact us at with photos of the defect, and we will send a return label for your item and replace the item for free.

    What items are non-refundable?

    - Damaged during return.
    - Prescription, reading glasses and custom glasses are not eligible to be refunded or exchanged.
    - Refunds will not apply to sitewide sales.

    What items are non-exchangeable?

    - Damaged items.
    - Prescription Orders.

    Shipping on all orders:

    After your payment is verified, it may take up to 1-2 business days for the order to ship. If you place your order after 11 AM on Friday, your order will most likely be shipped out on the following Monday.

    Prescription eyewear orders:

    Allow 3-7 business days for your shipping to update for all prescription glasses. Your glasses have to get shipped to our optical laboratory to customize your lenses first. Once they customize your lenses, they will send them directly to your door. This whole process usually takes about 3-7 business days to ship your eyewear.

    Worldwide Standard Shipping
    Syght glass offers Free Worldwide Standard Shipping on orders over $60.00. Your order for Non-Rx Glasses will be processed immediately and is often shipped from our warehouse the same business day or the next business day. However, please allow approximately 3-7 business days for your order to ship if your order contains RX or photochromic lenses.  

    Delivery times range from 2-9 business days, depending on the destination. Most customers receive their order within a week, but delays are possible. We will send you a tracking number by email after your parcel leaves the warehouse.

    Please Note: *The coronavirus pandemic has disrupted many flight routes, and our couriers may be delayed in delivering your parcel!! we are sorry. Please note that we cannot guarantee shipping times (even if you upgrade to express shipping) as we cannot predict service disruptions.

    If you are not satisfied with your Syght glasses, you can easily return or exchange them within 30 days of purchase for non-prescription products. Prescription products must be returned within seven days of delivery for store credit. Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. Returns will be processed within 3-6 business days of receiving them.

    Please note: Refused packages—and those that are not received due to negligence on the part of the recipient (e.g. mis-typed address)—are refunded once received by our warehouse, less the cost of shipping to and from the destination country, as well as any applicable duties and taxes.
