They are light, and I noticed the difference immediately.
The packaging is great and I love the protection case is also super cool.
The only thing I wished didn’t happen was the glass/plastic lens fogs up and gets dirty WAY to easily.
The glasses cleaner doesn’t seem to do that good of a job when I use it. I find I have to use windex in order to get them perfect again.

I wanted to try these glasses mostly because I have had a hard time falling asleep. My wife likes a TV on so she can fall asleep but I had a terrible time with my sleep. Now I am no doctor, but from the first night using these glasses to block the blue light, I fall asleep within 30min. It is amazing. If you are in a similar situation as me, I would 100% recommend them.

I’ve been using these for about a month and they have really helped with any eye strain while working on the computer. The only reason I did 4 stars was because the blue tint is so reflective that when I’m doing my online teletherapy, the client can’t see my eyes. So I only wear them for busy work rather than during live interactions.

Expensive considering the rather delicate frame. However, the lenses are phenomenal and help so much. I'm still not sure is blue light glasses do anything. They definitely seem to help when if otherwise continue blinking and rubbing my eyes in discomfort. These were not as strong as other blue light blockers, but they are certainly more comfortable than the other frames I've had for years.
