Q: How the Syght lens block blue light?
A: Syght blue light blocking lens are different from those coating anti blue ray or adding anti blue light pigment lens on the market. Syght lens are designed using the American HEV-Adsorb Lens technology. It can absorb high-energy blue light and provide 100% UV protection. Our glasses filter out the harsh blue light emitted by digital devices such as computers, smartphones, televisions, tablets, fluorescent lights, and LEDs. Our lenses allow your eyes to focus easier, reduce eye fatigue and eye strain, and improve contrast.
Q: What is blue light?
A: Blue light is part of the visible light spectrum that packs the highest energy with the shortest wavelengths, emitted in large amounts by digital screens such as computers and smartphones. Similar to how UV light can damage our eyes and skin, overexposure to blue light can cause eye problems ranging from eye strain, eye fatigue, blurred vision, dry eyes, and headaches. Blue light also regulates our circadian rhythm by influencing the production of melatonin in our body. Exposure to blue light at night time such as browsing on your phone or computer disrupts our sleep cycle, making it hard for us to fall asleep.

Q: Natural blue light vs. Artificial blue light
A: Natural blue light comes from the sun. Our body uses blue light from the sun to regulate our natural circadian rhythm (sleep and wake cycles), boost alertness, heighten reaction times, elevate moods, and increase the feeling of well being. Artificial sources of blue light include digital screens such as TVs, computers, smart phones, and fluorescent and LED lights.

A: A full list of the countries where we ship glasses is available on the customer information (address) Page. When you click on the Country drop-down window, you will see the list of countries. We offer free shipping on all orders.
Q: I just placed an order, What’s next?
A: You will receive a confirmation Email after placing an order and another Email after your order will be shipped. The second one will contain the tracking information and some instructions on how to track your parcel.
Q: How can i track my order?
A: You can track your order in different parts of our website according to its current status.
- Processing: You can check its status in the “My Orders” section of your Syght account.
- Shipped: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an Email from us with the tracking code and a link where to track it. (https://17track.net/en)
Q: How can I track my package?
A: After your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with the tracking number for you to follow the progress. Currently we ship our packages through USPS and DHL - Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm local time and excluding any local holidays. We're as excited as you are to have the glasses delivered!
Q: When can I expect my order?
A: The processing time depends on the type of order, and when you place the order. We usually require 1-2 business days to process an order. After receiving your payment, we will do some quality tests on our products. Order Type and Estimated Shipping Times:
Non-Rx Gaming Glasses: Ships within 1-2 business days
Prescription Gaming Glasses: Ships within 5-7 business days
For our international Express orders, we offer paid express shipping through DHL. Almost all global destinations are reached within a 3-5 day transit time. We deliver to 220 countries and territories worldwide.
Note: International orders will take additional time to arrive. The timing depends on your country.
Q: What are your delivery times?
A: Depending upon your location delivery may take upto 8 to 14 working days after the order is dispatched from our warehouse. Most packages arrive within 14 business days, though it can take from 15-20 business days based upon how your country handles those packages. Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do on our end to expedite that process.
Note: The shipping times mentioned above refer to the estimated times of business days that the shipment will take after an order has been shipped. Business days do not include Saturday/Sunday and any public holidays. These estimates are based on normal circumstances and are not a guarantee of delivery times. We are not responsible for the failures or delays in delivery resulting from any force majeure event, such as natural disaster, bad weather, war, and any other event beyond our direct control, such as public holidays and customs issues.
Q: What does "Split Shipped" mean?
A: If an order contains an out-of-stock product, it will not be processed until when we receive its new stock. If your order contains several products, it will be split and the items currently available will be shipped first. We will then send you the out-of-stock items after they have been restocked.
Q: I live in one country but want to ship to a different country. Is this possible?
A: Sure! Just make sure the shipping address selected is where you want the glasses to be delivered.
Q: The delivery of my order is taking longer than expected. When will I receive it?
A: Below are some suggestions:
Check the status of your order.
If it can be tracked, calculate the number of business days between its shipment date and the current day. Business days refer to the period of time between Monday and Friday and do not include national holidays or weekends.
Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to verify the estimated delivery time of the shipping method you selected.
If its estimated delivery time has not passed yet, please wait for some other days.
If you have not received your parcel during this period of time, you can confirm that the shipping address is correct. If there are no problems with your address, the delivery of your order may have been delayed by slow Customs,
Q: Why hasn't my tracking information updated?
A: Tracking information isn't always real-time. Shipping providers might delay updating the tracking locations by several days. Rest assured, your package is still on its way to you and probably further along than it looks.
Q: I just placed an order, but I accidentally put in the wrong shipping address! What should I do?
A: We process our orders very quickly. Sometimes, an order will be packaged minutes after it has been placed. If you gave us an incorrect shipping address it’s very important that you send us an Email as quickly as possible with the incorrect shipping address and the shipping address that you would like it changed to. There’s no guarantee that we’ll be able to switch out the address before the package leaves our hands, but we’ll try our best.
Q: Why does my tracking show "Not Found"? Why do I see no updates in the tracking information of my order?
A: If your order is shipped with Air Mail Register, it can take up to 4-7 business days for tracking numbers to become active. If 7 business days have elapsed and there is no change in the tracking, please contact Customer Service and inform them of your concerns and they will work with you to resolve the matter.
If the shipping method you selected is DHL or other express services, you should be able to track your order 2-3 days after its shipment. Please rest assured that a delayed update on the tracking of your order does not usually affect its delivery.
Q: I can see that the status of my order shows "Delivered", but I have not received my parcel. What can I do?
A: Below are some steps and suggestions on how you can solve this issue:
- Check if the shipping address of your order is correct.
- Ask your neighbors, relatives or friends if they have received the parcel on your behalf.
All orders reported as "delivered" by shipping companies are considered delivered. Syght cannot be made liable of non-delivery in this case.

A: Yes! Absolutely. We accept payment through paypal. Which is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. Paypal uses industry standard 256-bit encryption technology. This is the same level of encryption used by large banks to keep your information secure.

Q: Can I return it for any reason?
A: Yes! Within 30 days, just contact us and let us know the reason (so that we can try to improve) and we'll be happy to make you full refund.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: If your product arrives damaged or not as described, please follow the warranty process and contact our customer support at Support@syghtglass.com within 30 days of the order being received. We also offer free exchanges and we provide recommendations based on the fit of the pair you purchased to find a better fitting pair.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Q: What do I do if my package was damaged?
